As we all know how overwhelming it can be for a Tier-2 City guys at a Premier B-school chasing his dreams. Then all of a sudden in the midst of chaos one big name that caught my eye is the Omnipresent Aditya Birla Group the dream for most of the dreamers like me to see greater heights in their life
ABG has been a part of not just me but several other dreamers comforting their lives with affordable prices in whatever way they can whether it can be affordable clothing ,telecom,financial services you name they have it under their wings getting bigger and better day by day and penetrating more and more into the lives several dreamers.
Maintaining such a big Conglomerate at all time three in such big economy is such a humongous task and ABG has been doing it with such an ease because of its working culture and a continuous effort and drive to penetrate and be a part of lives of the common man and I believe it can still expand its wings and penetrate into more industries to serve the common masses more efficiently
ABG is known for grooming leaders in its own unique manner and has been doing so since 1857 and its no wonder why one should dream of ABG. My journey started with no clear goal in mind with lot of information and suggestion coming in and its too much to process for a you know "average guy" in his own sense
When I started My own research from whatever insights I have gained from all those so called "suggestions" I found the true value of work and how that should be served for a common end which will be beneficial for all.The work ABG is doing now in a unique manner to penetrate into the lives common masses for their own benefit is quite excellent and one should look forward to do so
Finally it is becoming more and more clear to me to enjoy the you do and serve in whatever manner you can while doing that
