My story is that of a 24 year old guy who has navigated through multitude of different avenues in his attempt to achieve excellence.
The early days of childhood became drastically different when I lost my father at the age of 10 in a car accident. Ever since then it has been about aspiring to stand on my own feet, giving my family a life they deserve. My mother remains the most amazing soul , I have had the pleasure to be with. My life has been about challenges but I have never lamented their presence, in fact I have grown to love them. In my school, I always wanted to be the best football player around & in the end I did become the Sports Captain during my 11th grade. Countless hours of football coaching helped me become a better team player, improved my fortitude & cradled in me the spirit of competitiveness and a yearning to excel.

During college I was largely lost &  figuring out what I wanted to excel at. After graduation I had two roads before me, either to go along and take a job at an MNC as a software trainee or to go out & work at a startup called Xeno in Delhi which was 12 people strong but had a promising vibe about it. The challenger in me chose the startup(Xeno) & It has been one of the best decisions of my life. That startup grew from 12 employees to 25 & received a funding from Techstars. Through that startup, I was able to impact marketing for brands like Nando’s, Taco Bell, Forest Essentials, Manyavar and many others. Coincidentally, before I was leaving to pursue my MBA, ABFRL remained one the leads we had been pursuing for a long while. As the startup grew from catering to SME’s, I also grew from a novice engineer into an aspiration strategy maker, working at times 16 hours a day to prove impact for my clients. Over there I realised that my core strengths were to understand & analyse problems before taking data into consideration and ultimately chartering a solution for the same. It showed me that I aspired to be in a strategy role where I could leverage my skills & excel.

In the end I decided to quit the supremely lucrative startup to pursue MBA at one of the leading colleges, so I could move away from devising just the marketing strategies to developing business models & strategies for large corporate encompassing all the core segments of the value chain.
Currently, I am in the pursuit of the same.
