Aditya Birla Group, a conglomerate of 38 companies, Operating in more than thirty countries and an employer of 120,000 employees has not only impacted my life but has touched millions of other lives and will keep doing so every day through its wide range of brands and products. The leadership position and strong hold in market it enjoys in various sectors like metals, cement, textiles, telecom etc. will keep touching every person uniquely and hence give every person a different and joyful experience.
ABG has been an important part all throughout my life. From using the “Ultra Tech Cement” to build our house to using “freshwrapp” to keep my lunch warm in the school and then growing up wearing “Peter England”, “Van Heusen” clothes and later growing and shopping by my own at Pantaloons, it was ABG all along by my side.
With phrases such as “what an idea sirji” Aditya Birla group revolutionized India’s telecom industry and made me become part of the IDEA family. Operating under the name More, the group’s supermarkets still continues to cater my every households need.
So far, ABG through all these products from various sections, has not only been an integral part in every walk of my life, but has also made it difficult to not stay loyal to.
I am glad that Aditya Birla Group has never been a choice but a priority for me amongst all the product/service providers over the entire period of my life time.
How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far- Tapmi
I have always believed in the fact that “Hard work is the key to success” and I have always believed in doing everything with the best of my abilities, whether the results are favorable or not, I am satisfied if I have given my best efforts.
Having born in a middle class family in Varanasi, adjusting and making the best use of available resources became my second nature. I started working in a Telecom IT firm and apart from my own expenses started helping my father monetarily and mentally.
Growing up in a less privileged environment has not only offered financial and academic challenges, but has also helped me realize the value of education. Hence I decided to work harder and study further to achieve something in life. This was the time I started preparing well for the exams, studied diligently and gave mock exams regularly.
Sometimes after a 12-13 hour shift (including travel time) it became impossible for me to study and keep me motivated but I never stopped believing in myself and kept working hard. With my sheer will power to keep going no matter what obstacle came by I was able to overcome every hurdle and ended up scoring marks that made me a strong believer in the idea of perseverance, and taught me the most important lesson in life – hard work always pays off.
