This company has proved that nothing is impossible in life when you start working towards it. The name Aditya Birla Group has found to have a massive presence in each individual of our country and I believe the company has never failed in reaching its customer in any sector in the world.
Being from a middleclass family it was a dream for my family to have a home of our own in this vast land. This made my father to think about the quality of the materials that will be used to build our dream home. Our first choice was definitely to use the Ultra Tech Cement of the Aditya Birla Group as my father already knew that the company would never compromise on its quality and customer satisfaction was the ultimate goal of the company. The worldfamous fashion brand Ralph Lauren has also proven to set some standards in the fashion Industry and represent their brand in the worldfamous events like The Met Gala. This makes me feel very proud that the company has given our country an opportunity to represent in the worldfamous events.
Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited (ABPB) is a full-service digital bank that supports cashless transactions and interactive bank statements. This has proved to be of utmost importance in a time where people used to stand in front of the ATMS for hours and ATMS and banks have failed them in supporting them.
Pantaloons Fashion and Retail (PFRL), Madura Fashion & Lifestyle (MFL) act as the nucleus of the future fashion businesses of the Aditya Birla Group. Many other fashion brands such as Allen Solly, Forever21, Peter England have brought about a major fashion change in the industry and have setup new standards and goals for its rivalries. These brands have proven to be most useful for students like us and help us improve our fashion choices.
To conclude I would like to say that this company is enjoying a leadership position in many major sectors of our country with an extraordinary employee force belonging to 42 nations. I hope it will still evolve in to many other sectors and create a difference in the Economy.

Every Individual in his/her life has to go through some changes, challenges and some troubles to finally reach to the point they have been dreaming of. Well, My life has also been very challenging to me in various aspects and I really had the determination and courage to face all my troubles and overcome them.
Being a girl from a middleclass family was never easy for me to take up higher studies and start earning for myself. My family was conservative in their thoughts which made me take certain decisions to which I wasn’t flexible enough. As a result of fear I lost valuable time in my career and ended up in a teaching job in a MNC. Though I was reluctant in the beginning towards this job I saw this as an opportunity to develop my communication skills , presentation skills and mentor a 3 batches of 40 students each. This provided me the confidence that I required in my life. I also overcame stage fear in this process and can started believing in myself all over again. Here I am now in TAPMI making my dreams come true!
