For the final admissions shortlisting criteria, the Work-Experience points first scale down to 5 marks. During the interview, the panelists rate the quality of work experience by assigning points (0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2). The average of the scores given by each panelist is then multiplied by the Pre-PI Score to get the final marks attributed to the work experience of the candidate.
