- CAT-2024 score holds 60% weightage for interview shortlisting and 30% for final admissions.
- IIM-Lucknow has gender diversity (5) and academic diversity (5) benefitting both females and non-engineers. For final admissions, diversity points are reduced to 5 in total.
- Work Experience points are given to candidates with over 6 months of experience as of 31st July 2024.
- Good 12th and graduation marks will increase your chances of getting interview shortlists. 20% marks are rewarded for Interview Shortlisting and 10% for the final admission process.

After the WAT-PI round the final shortlists for admissions to IIM Lucknow are based on the following criteria:
- Please note that the minimum requirement for passing Personal Interview is 12 out of 40 marks. Names of candidates who do not pass PI are not included in the final merit list.
