This year, the institute witnessed significant surges in the salaries offered to the graduating batch, with the highest salary at INR 34 LPA and the median salary. There was an increase in Consulting offers (47% of total offers) made to the PGPM batch, a true testament to the students' potential at IIM Tiruchirappalli. Further, offers were made in the domains of Sales & Marketing (19%), Finance (15%), IT & Analytics (10%) and Operations (9%).
