MICA has witnessed an increase in the highest stipend offered to its students for the 2-month summer placements for the batch 2021-23. The institute continued its 100% placement record for the 28th batch of its flagship PGDM-C and PGDM program. As many as 67 firms participated in the summer placement process, albeit virtually. The highest stipend offered for the two-month period is INR 3,50,000. Significant recruiters included LÓreal, ITC Limited, Mahindra Group, Microsoft, The Coca Cola Company, Flipkart, Google India, Nivea, Tata Consumer Products Ltd., Procter & Gamble participated in the summer placement process. Of the 178 students who participated in summer placements, 48.9% were females, and 51.1% were males. The batch comprised 38% engineers, 33% commerce graduates, 7% from Arts and Humanities, 7% from Media, and 16% from other disciplines.
