After a stint as an HR Consultant, Saurabh Sengupta, an IIT Delhi and IIM Indore pass-out joined Zomato (erstwhile Foodie Bay) in a sales role where his job description was as short as - "Dhandha Khada Karna Hai." In over half a decade spent at Zomato, Saurabh was doing exactly that. He started from doing door-to-door sales to becoming the VP of Sales. He has now parted ways with the organisation to build a venture of his own. In a candid talk at the InsideIIM Pre-MBA Social Season 3, Saurabh will take you through his journey of making a lifestyle change and joining a start-up, after realising he couldn't deal with the office politics in big companies.
