Part A

The vision of the Chairman, Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla whose deep commitment towards creating a brand of immense worth based on solid foundations of impeccable values, has seen the Group journey across many a milestone to emerge as a multinational power-brand of statesman stature, in the matter of just two decades. The Group’s radical shift from being architects of a global India to a powerhouse across the globe & various sectors has now led to the understanding of how ABG is a big part of peoples’ lives at every step.

The company has so much to offer that it has become my go-to place for any product or service I wish to buy. The conglomerate is so huge that I might be using an Aditya Birla Group product without even knowing about it. For instance, the vegetables and fruits I eat could have been grown using the fertilizers manufactured by Aditya Birla Group or the various metals I use in day to day life could be the group’s product. That is the impact Aditya Birla Group has created not just in my life but for everyone around. While maintaining the quality, the group has successfully established itself across 35 countries. The number of options within the Group itself tempts me to buy their products and services. In the end I would just like to say that the Group has already made my life BIG and with the same kind of zeal I’m sure it would make my life BIGGER.

Part B

During my Engineering I have represented my team in many football tournaments. Apart from my academics majority of my time I spent was in playing football and preparing for tournaments. But After my Graduation I had to undergo an appendicitis surgery. Due to which I was restricted to minimum physical moments. I had to be on rest and couldn't actively participate in many things. This was the toughest time for me. Since I couldn't play football or do exercise I had put on a lot of weight. So after the resting period I made up my make the strongest comeback ever. I exercised and started doing workout daily. This was the time to hustle, And that is what I did. In the next 30 days I lost around 7 kgs and I was doing good with my workout. To prove myself that I am stronger than what I was in past I decided to run 21km Half Marathon.  Approximately 20 days earlier I started to prepare for it and build up my pace. Finally on the The Day, I gave my best shot and completed Mumbai Marathon 2018 in 2hr 55 min. I did not stop after achieving this. I challenged myself to improve my speed. In the next marathon which was at Belgavi I completed it in 2hr 20min.(Weather plays imp part in marathons. And the climate at Belgavi was best for running). So this is how I overcame my challenges.
