1. Pioneers: Call it serendipity. IIM Indore PGP Mumbai students of present batch and the passed out batch are pioneers of a whole new mode of management education. By choosing to create the history rather than looking out for previous ten years' reports, we certainly have garnered experiences worth treasuring. The constant guidance and support from our parent campus, IIM Indore is like an umbrella under whose shade we chose to tread a whole new path without asking 'what has been' and all the while discovering answers to 'what can be', to see how take a look below.
The turn of the year saw Professor Rishikesha T. Krishnan, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Stanford University, join the IIM Indore fold as the director of the institute.
We have access to a response to a RTI query from IIM Bangalore. We have already published responses for a similar query to IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore and IIM Kozhikode.
Rishikesha T. Krishnan took charge as the Director of IIM Indore on 1st January 2014. He completed his Masters of Science degree from IIT Kanpur in 1986 and Stanford University in 1987. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad (Class of 96). Prof. Rishikesha T. Krishnan has served in advisory councils and review committees under the Govt. of India including Task Force on the Future of Aeronautics in India, Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India. He has also authored successful books such as 'From Jugaad to Systematic Innovation: The Challenge for India’ and co-authored ‘8 Steps to Innovation: Going from Jugaad to Excellence’.
