The lockdown has hit a lot of us hard. With the number of COVID-19 cases continuously rising, and a lockdown that seems to never end, many of us are feeling low emotionally, physically and mentally. Did you know? People in cold places like Greenland, Antarctica, Alaska, have a greater chance of being depressed and developing other mental diseases. The climate in these areas is so extreme that during winters, people have no option but to stay at home for months. That is a nature enforced lockdown. Even though the current lockdown is induced by the disease, the feeling of loneliness and helplessness is looming over many people in the country. So, how do you get over it?
