So it’s that time at last. When boys come back to the fold having grown into men. Brave warriors come back either displaying the spoils of victory or licking their wounds. Young men and women come back to enjoy one final year of happiness before descending into the daily drudgery of work.
Every year, on 14th June, countries around the world celebrate World Blood Donor Day. This year this auspicious day bought some very proud moments for ECoBiZ Club of IIM Shillong. In an event organized to observe World Blood Donation Day this year, which was organized by Meghalaya AIDS Control Society, Meghalaya State Blood Transfusion Council in collaboration with Meghalaya Legislative Forum on HIV/AIDS and Licensed Blood Banks, East Khasi Hills District, the ECoBiZ Club of IIM Shillong was felicitated for its continuous and dedicated efforts towards encouraging voluntary blood donation and spreading awareness about the same.
1. Pioneers: Call it serendipity. IIM Indore PGP Mumbai students of present batch and the passed out batch are pioneers of a whole new mode of management education. By choosing to create the history rather than looking out for previous ten years' reports, we certainly have garnered experiences worth treasuring. The Summer in the Hills………
It has been one year into MBA and the journey has been amazing. It feels as if we have always belonged here. MBA is in our talks, on our social network and in our thoughts. As I look back, I find a lot of learnings which I have tried to list below.
