Transitioning from NIT Jaipur to IIM Nagpur has been a journey of learning, growth, and transformation. My technical and analytical foundation was strengthened at NIT Jaipur, but I gradually developed an interest in business strategy and leadership. As Vice President, I managed large-scale events, coordinated with multiple stakeholders, and handled budgets, which helped me develop skills in planning, communication, and decision-making. These experiences made me realize my inclination toward management and the broader dynamics of how businesses operate.
FABM placements at IIM Ahmedabad also concluded on Feb 6 along with PGP placements. The roles offered were in Agri-inputs, Agri-Tech, Consulting, Conglomerates, Food Processing, FMCG, Manufacturing, and ESG Consulting. The process was carried out in a hybrid mode with 44 students joining their offices from April to June 25.
