Very Long Summer | Microsoft Diaries

I had to leave campus with only 2 days to say goodbye to my college life, campus, friends, and batchmates who have become more like a family within the last 1 year of life at ISB. I was somewhat relieved that I was getting released from the routine ordeal of classes, assignments, and exams but there was anxiousness of flying away from our safe zone into real life. Then came the nationwide lockdown which was supposed to last only 21 days but stretched for more than 2 months.

A year back when I decided to pursue an MBA, I definitely wasn’t thinking of getting into General Management (Gen-Man). I catch myself trying to grab any opportunity I might get to talk about my internship but this is only because I gained a mountain of knowledge from that experience. Summer Internship At Nabler || Summer Saga 2020

The key to bag a summer internship in your preferred role is to wait patiently and have the faith and confidence that eventually you’ll surely get one. I did the same and finally got an internship as a Business Research Analyst in Nabler. The whole recruitment process comprised of three rounds-assignment submission, group discussion and personal interview and I successfully aced all three of them. The actual duration of the internship was three months, however due to postponement of my 2nd year classes due to the covid-19 outbreak; I extended my internship to 4 months.

Summer Internship At Deloitte

“In The Middle Of Every Difficulty Lies An Opportunity”- Albert Einstein In the summer internship placement season of TAPMI in the first year of my MBA course, I got offered an internship in one of the biggest consultancy firms present worldwide, Deloitte. I was happy and excited. I didn’t waste a minute before checking out the location of the offices. I hoped to be located in Bangalore. I started dreaming about all the meet-ups I would have and the people I will meet in the office. I had previously worked in Infosys and used to love those canteen debates I had with my colleagues. I was looking forward to them too.
