IIP provides first-year students an opportunity to work with organisations for a year to solve the issues they are currently facing and to provide them with an external viewpoint
3. Rural Immersion Program (RIP)
RIP provides an exposure to rural India and gives students a first-hand experience on the needs and aspirations of the bottom of the pyramid
4. Himalayan Outbound Program (HOP)
IIM I’s answer to teaching students on how to overcome challenges and working as a team by trekking to the Himalayas
