1. What makes my campus unique?

My campus is largest in size compared to all other IIMs, with wonderful diversity in it. Being situated in central India, it is very well connected with all parts of the country. The unique circular size of the academic block situated on the top of the plateau gives a magnificent view of the campus with greenery all around it. Also, the dome-like shape of executive resident #2 is one of the landmark views of our IIM Indore. It has unique features such as cultural diversity we celebrate every festival of India you can see as celebrating Pongal in with and Holi in color. You can see Ganesh Bojan in Marathi style and Durga Pooja in Bengali style. The whole of India i is in one place. Our unique culture makes us unique.

2. A memorable classroom experience at IIM Indore:

The class exercise of HR courses was always interesting and memorable. People really enjoyed the entire lecture specially the class exercises. One such exercise was in the case where a toy company was facing the bad reputation because of one kid who died by choking caused because of a toy. There were several stakeholders of the firm, all were questioning media blaming the management continuously showing died kids mother. Child NGOs were protesting. Now management calls for the meeting. With executives (CFO, COO etc.) chairperson of the company, media spoke person and some representatives of Child welfare NGOs. Now prof. selected some people from class and ask to create the scenario in class based on their understating of case. The participants of the act perform very well but there was a surprise element for all of us spectators when the prof arranged some students from another college to act as protester. First we were shocked when they entered and then suddenly the whole atmosphere was so real; even participants from the other college were acting properly. We enjoyed the whole act as well. We understood the conflict which seems theoretically easy to deal are not so easy there were many emotional moments from the victim side people, public and media effect deeply any firm and not easy to deal. The whole learning was awesome and easy to understand.

4. I would like to join Aditya Birla Group’s Madura fashion and retail

If I get the chance to join ABG group then I would love to join its Madura fashion and Retail. I once attended the talk and I like the ideology and work atmosphere in it and autonomy in switching the role. It’s one of the fast-moving segments where fashion changes quickly always present the challenge and give you the opportunity to show your creativity also as well as the work atmosphere and work culture also provide the opportunity to grow and expanding your wings.
