Quality, Democracy and Creativity - that's what InsideIIM stands for. And in our endeavour to achieve these three pillars and stay young and fresh, we have selected our Student Team for this year!
Our student team helps to keep the content on InsideIIM relevant. They also serve as great guides and mentors to the next crop of students about to enter business schools. This year’s student team is from IIMs – B, C, L, FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, MICA Ahmedabad and IMT Ghaziabad. The InsideIIM student team is a unique proposition where students get to run an online platform while they are studying. They learn the nuts and bolts of digital marketing, analytics and user behaviour in the online world. Students get immediate feedback about their work based on user behaviour on InsideIIM. Unlike most projects where one gives recommendations and goes away, on InsideIIM the student team is actually involved in the execution.
This is the sixth year that the student team has been selected from various schools across the country. After reading hundreds of applications and scanning them through 3 rounds, a team of 12 students has been carefully handpicked. The student team will contribute interesting content and will be the student’s representative across different campuses.

Aishwarya Nair is a first-year student of the PGP MBA programme at IIM Bangalore. She graduated as a Computer Science engineer from NIT Tiruchirappalli in 2019 and worked for a year as a Software Engineer at Visa.
Amrita Mishra is a first-year student at IIM Calcutta. She is a fresher and has graduated from NIT Raipur this year. She is also the Co-founder and CMO at Zenithec Techware. Amirita loves exploring and experimenting with new things. She also likes dancing, reading, writing, singing etc.
Ankita Goomer's willingness to learn more got her into Hans Raj College, Delhi University, from where she went to work with Deloitte USI for almost 2 years. The inquisitiveness and an aim for gaining managerial skills landed her into IIM Lucknow. The constant knack for helping the society as she grows along got her into Bhavishya, the Social Initiatives Club in IIM Lucknow. Ankita is a fun-loving girl fond of dancing, reading inspirational novels and writing poems.
After completing his B.Tech (CS) in 2019, Anuj Gupta appeared for CAT'19 and scored 99.51 %ile. He is currently pursuing his MBA(2022) from FMS, Delhi. Apart from that, he is a writer and loves painting the blank slate with his stories, quotes, and poems. For him, Winters & Books are love !!
Bushra Qureshi hails from the orange city of India, that is Nagpur and is currently pursuing her MBA from IIM Lucknow. She is a voracious reader and likes to read non-fiction more. A believer in the power of communication, Bushra is always ready for conversation over a cup of tea. She is exuberant and tenacious by nature. She believes strongly in the quote “Universe always falls in love with the stubborn heart”.
Debdoot is a Computer Science engineer, currently making good use of the "engineer" tag by pursuing an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He finds almost all the sectors in management attractive (aka interested in General Management). He is passionate about Corporate Sustainability and Social Innovations, and is also a member of the ShARE Leadership program. Avant-garde arthouse films keep him occupied in his leisure time.
Dhruv Aggarwal is currently pursuing PGDM Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He is a Marketing enthusiast and is also a member of the Alumni Relationship Committee at IMT G. He did his graduation in Computer Science and Engineering. In a span of 4 years of his engineering, he has interned at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Eat My News, M Learning, and Liqvid elearning Pvt Ltd. He is a huge BBT fan and likes playing cricket and chess.
Kritika Mittal is part of IIM Bangalore's current PGP cohort. She holds 3-year of experience with JP Morgan in an Investment Banking role. She's an engineer on paper but her heart lies in strategy, numbers, books, and equality. She's always in search of new experiences, hence the harmony with travel and food. If asked to cherry-pick the 5 words that describe her, she'd choose 'Conscientious, dedicated, curious, loyal, and a multi-tasker'
First Year MBA Student at FMS Delhi, Nikhil is passionate about musical instruments and volunteering, both of which have helped him develop new skills and gain new insights about himself. He is also a debating enthusiast and has won several awards and honors. He considers writing a fun avenue to share his thoughts and work on something that might just outlast him.
Prerna Raj is currently studying at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She completed her under-graduation in 2019 in Forensic Science from Defence University which is dedicated to the internal defence of our country. She has worked as a Business Development Associate for 16 months in a start-up where she got the opportunity to work across a lot of projects and get a hands-on experience towards strategy formulation. She is also extremely passionate about oratory which she has been pursuing for a very long time. In her spare time, she likes reading books, playing outdoor sports like volleyball and kabaddi. Prerna is a travel enthusiast and loves exploring new places and delving deeper into diverse cultures and traditions.
Shakshi is a graduate from St. Xavier's College,Kolkata with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. This year she joined the PGDM programme of SPJIMR, Mumbai. At SPJIMR, she is a part of the Alumni Committee, Sponsorship Committee, Dance team and the Creatives Club. She is also a mentor and content writer at a social initiative that works on inspiring young women. She is an inquisitive person and has also published a few research papers. She is a traveller, a reader and a food-junkie!
After school, Sugandha decided to jump into one of the most dreaded and dangerous courses, CA. After achieving her milestone of becoming a CA. she worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at PricewaterhouseCoopers but was always inclined to pursue a course with a higher degree of creative freedom. Hence, she decided to leave her cushy job & start her creative journey and came to MICA, the School of Ideas. Bird watching and painting keeps her mind rejuvenated. She loves to wander in sunder nursery and Lodhi Garden or any place which has a rich flora and fauna. Sugandha likes being close to nature and usually, her paintings are also themed around the same.
