There are many instances where Aditya Birla products have been a great impact in my life but out of all the instances I can't forget the one that has changed my life altogether for the better. I had an interview on 7 January 2018. Interview was about 30km from where I reside.
When I was on my way to board The metro for interview, I saw a child of around 12-14 years old trying to pull a rickshaw carrying rusted pipes over a speed breaker. I stood there for five minutes but it seemed impossible for him to pull the rickshaw over the speed breaker. I helped him and we somehow completed the job but my clothes got dirty while doing so.
I could not go back to home as I was running short of time. There was the "Allen Solly" showroom, so I purchased a new set of formal clothes at a very reasonable price. I went for the interview. Coincidentally, the interviewer was wearing the same shirt. It was a stress interview and I thought I won't be selected.
The last question interviewer asked me was the other options I have and why will I choose his organization. I told him that I believe I make the wisest choice as you can see that with the choice of my shirt. He smiled and I left.
After a week,I received the offer letter. This opportunity provided me a lot of learning experience. I won two awards for my hard work and dedication. This opportunity changed my life altogether.
