Everybody needs a buddy in their life, don't they? At Reliance, all the interns are assigned a buddy who helps them ease into the culture of Reliance and guide them to get through all the problems. More than that, the interns like to chill with their buddies! Movies, Dinners, Parties and so much more. It's almost like having a real buddy! The most amazing part is that these buddies were themselves, interns, not too long ago, making it easier for them to relate to one another.
