PART A: The Presence

The presence and the pivotal contributions made in industries like construction, healthcare, fashion, insurance, telecom have made the name “Birla” as one of the most common and revered names in households across the country As the populace become more connected the role of mobile phones take centre stage but in the absence of telecom connectivity provided by players like Vodafone-Idea are only dead weights towards economic progress. ABG’s companies like Allen Solly, Peter England, Van Heusen and Louis Phillipe provide us with an exclusive range of products in optimal price ranges and I vouch for all the formal clothing articles of the Aditya Birla Group. UltraTech Cement India’s largest cement company speaks for its volume. It has been a regularly and widely used cement for various construction works. UltraTech Cement has been the solid backbone for the construction of our house. In the food sector, Frewshwrapp Aluminum Foil of ABG has ensured that my food is always kept fresh and hygienic. The company has been successfully achieving its goals now for around 15 years which in itself is a remarkable achievement.
The impact created by the products of the Aditya Birla group is immeasurable and unsurmountable and can be easily witnessed in almost all the spheres of one’s life.
PART B: My journey
I, as an individual, have been a very cheerful, optimistic and determined person. Having seen a lot of ups and downs I have learned that a man’s worth is assessed when the going gets tough. How a person responds to the demanding moments of one’s life eventually shapes a person’s life. It has not been an exception in my life as well and I too have witnessed a good many such times, one particular instance worth sharing is my journey from sheer mediocrity in academics to near excellence.
I was an average individual at academics during my early schooling and was particularly week at mathematics, as a consequence I flunked my mathematics mid-term examination in class 9. This incident was one of the most embarrassing moments of schooling. Thereafter, it dawned upon me that I have to change my state of affairs in academics and thence decided to work hard.
The journey of self-improvement is always a very consuming and time taking task and requires a person to show a concrete resolve. It took me a lot of effort to improve and consequently I secured a decent nine pointer CGPA in mathematics in the next class. However, it was just half of the battle won and I had made up my mind to keep up the pace and decided to make the best out of the last two years of my schooling life. I made academics my priority and worked round the clock to make a mark.
However, fate had yet another challenge ready, as I caught typhoid during my class 12th board examinations and became apprehensive about how would I fare on the exams. But the sensation of not giving in to anything again brought me back to the surface and despite being able to write for only half of the time in mathematics examination, I secured rank 1 in the subject in my school i.e Gita Bal Niketan, Sr. Sec. School, Faridabad.
This was my tale of challenges and my unwavering commitment to succeed.
