Aditya Birla Group is one of the biggest conglomerates in India. It operates in 35 countries and has interests in viscose staple fibre, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbonblack, chemicals, fertilisers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services. The group had a revenue of approximately US$44.3 billion in year 2018. From many ways it has denoted a colossal impression comprehensively as well as aided in helping numerous lives and my life is one among them.

There are many activities and routines associated with Aditya Birla Group. Some are mentioned below: -

I am a Civil Engineer and cement is the most important raw material in construction industry. Ultra Tech, market leader in this field has 19 integrated plants, 1 clinkerisation plant, 25 grinding units in India and 7 bulk terminals. I have performed experiments on UltraTech Cement with positive results.

Secondly, ABG recently merged with Vodafone and became largest telecom company in terms of subscribers and revenue, surpassing Airtel. This has increased it's outreach and have helped the customers including me with a wide variety of offers and great services which has helped people connect in a cheaper and much easier way.

During my school days, I had stage fear which made me reluctant to express my ideas on any platform. Be it a presentation, any kind of speech or even answering questions in the class I always hesitated to express my views. One day, our school conducted a debate competition. The topic was a social one which I always felt needs to be eliminated from the society. On getting an opportunity I was willing to speak about it but I was nervous. My class teacher motivated me to participate in it. This time I decided to face my fear. I was successful and won the 2nd prize. This achievement lifted my spirits. My friends and teachers praised me and I realized if one is confident, he can express his opinions fearlessly. This particular incident nurtured the communication skills in me and today I can face any kind of platform without hesitation.
