Apart from appointing 1.2 lakh of people, Aditya Birla Group must have played a significant role in the daily life of everyone,like me. From my infancy to adolescence I've experienced the change of fascination, in which ABG has remained an essential part.
Before I got to know that "Ultratech Cement" is a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group- a renowned company- I knew that this was the only cement manufacturing company as I have never heard any other name from my parents while it came to house building.I have raised in a small town of West Bengal where the concept of shopping mall reached around 4-5 years ago,but the notion of "brand" reached much more earlier which compelled us to go to Kolkata before Durga Pooja and for us fashion meant "Pantaloons".Even Today when I search for cloths on e-commerce sites the first reflection comes in my mind are name of some brands like- Allen solly, Peter England, VanHeusen, Louis Philippe, Forever21 etc.
The telecom service of Vodafone Idea Limited has played a vital role in my life because this was the only cellular network available in my room during my college days.The Textile department of this group is also linked with my life as I belong to a TEXTILE college of West Bengal and since I was the member of the placement committee of my college I have visited the plant of JayaShree Textiles a number of times.
Aside of all these there are many more things which is related to this BRAND. Starting from manufacturing of carbon black,chemicals to the production of fertilizers, insulators are very much relevant to our daily life.
This is how Aditya Birla Group has a huge impact in my life.
PART: B
"Challenge" is a relative word.The perspective or situation which appears challenging to me may be an easy task for others.
I found myself in a critical situation after I joined my B.Tech. I was a part of Placement committee and I was also involved in some social work with Bharat sevashram sangha and Shahid Khudiram Pathagar. Till my 2nd year of college everything was running smooth, I was able to manage all these things along with my studies. But actual problem started when I started my coaching for MBA from 3rd year in 2017. I used to travel for 5 hours by train for attending weekend classes and didn't get time to go to Bharat sevashram sangha where I used to teach the children.
I started working for BSS from 2016 after observing that there was only one teacher for 40 students of different classes. They learnt the same thing, in the same class. Both the student of 5th standard and 10th standard were learning the same thing and even some of them were not able to do addition-subtraction after being a student of class five. after knowing all these I joined the BSS with a vision to improve their condition and tried my best to do the same.
But after joining the coaching I was not getting time. I was not in a mood to sacrifice neither my career nor their. I didn't quit that and somehow managed to maintain both of them
