There have been lot of challenges in my life which I always welcomed. There is no fun if no uncertainty . There were challenges in every part of my life from schooling to getting into the one of the best B schools. Perseverance nature helped me overcome all that came to my way. The biggest challenge was when I had to implement ERP in an organisation where they had already failed twice. It was a tough task and make sure all are aligned with systems. Keeping everyone motivated, Making everyone understand the system with proper dedication and hard work helped in successful implementation of system within 6 months.
During my Job, I always tried to keep myself in the top. First job was in Auditing Firm and the second one being in Banking field. I excelled, Both being the contrast field . I was privileged when I got to do a full Audit which only CA’s and ACCA could do. It had lot of responsibility on me and I made sure I delivered my best and later was appreciated by my managers.
This Never give up attitude helped me in what I am today and helped me to get in one of best B schools in India. Being it in preparation of entrance exam or cracking the interview, perseverance, attitude and confidence has helped me to get in. Will always follow the same to be successful in life.
