During my childhood days I had a huge problem of stammering.
Initially my parents didn’t took it seriously thinking that It will go away as I will get older but the problem continued to stay till my 6th class.
Because of this my confidence level was hitting the rock bottom, I started keeping myself away from public gatherings or programs where I had to give any kind of speech.
It was really a very hard time for me because friends used to make fun of my stammering problem.
I generally used to laugh it off in front of them but deep down inside it hurts a lot.
My parents then got me admitted to learn piano and I also started giving live performances where I only had to show my skills on piano without actually singing anything.
These performances actually helped me a lot in coming out of my low confidence and eventually I also started taking part in debate and speech competitions.
Today I have not only gathered my self confidence back of speaking in public but also have overcome the problem of stammering.
All the credit goes to my parents for their constant motivation and support.
