t was an online process. There was no WAT or GD. They have created a wonderful website where we can interact with other people. There we were divided into different panels. We were 10 people in that panel and Adcom will decide who will go for document verification or interview. I first went to the document verification desk and after some time I was called for the interview.
There were three male panelists. Two were professors of SJMSOM and one was an alumnus. Let’s call them M1, M2, and M3.
Most of the questions were related to workex.
After greeting M1 asked me to show me I’d and in the meantime asked me to introduce myself.
A- I gave a prepared answer.
M1- Tell us something about your work profile?
A- Told my work profile my day-to-day responsibilities.
M1 - like you have said you were mentoring some juniors in your organization. How do you do that?
A- Told
M1- Why MBA now?
A- Gave a well-prepared answer.
M3 -(interrupted) if you want to go for product management why don’t you go for PMP certification. (Because I have mentioned product management in why MBA answer)
A - Told him that I have an inclination towards project management but I would like to explore the other options also. Then I will choose my specialization.
M3- Asked some situation-based questions related to workex.
A- told but he doesn’t seem satisfied.
M3- Asked some terminology related to my workex like Collateral, Cibil Score, etc.
A- told.
M2- do you follow the news?
A- yes
M2- Tell me about the farm laws?
A- told
M2- Some questions related to the budget.
A- told
M2- We are done. It was nice talking to you. All the best for your future.
Greeted everybody and left the meeting.
Overall it was a nice experience.
