Brands like Vodafone which i have been using since i got my first cell phone, it has been an integral part of my lifestyle since then. With one of the most strong networking and now with idea has become one of the major telecom brands in India. Its reach has some strong connectivity and is also helping in building strong connections across. Brands like Ultratech as we all know is there in most of the lavish infrastructures that we use in our daily lives. This group has a reach of 14 sectors and are leading in almost all of them, the kind of connectivity it has between all its ventures inspire me about which kind of a manager i want to become.
I had certain situations which were challenging as i was directly selected in a managerial role after my graduation, so when i startesworking, I was a part of a project. This project was huge for us because we were trying to Innovate a big portion of our working model. I was the in-charge of a certain sector, had a team of more than 5 engineers we needed to work together and improvise the design of a certain equipment. We were stuck many times where I needed to take a step up and motivate my team to work on their potential and we got through with it.
