When I first joined as software develooer for a reputed organisation, I faced a tough work environment. As I was new on my team and had no existing relationships, i was left alone to fend for myself. No one would talk to me and Whenever I tried to contribute in a team discussion my points were immediately dismissed due to my lack of experience. I was getting feelings of insecurity and resentment. When I reflected on this adverse situation, I understood that I am the first fresher on the team, and I have to earn the respect of senior colleagues. I took that as a challenge and worked extremely hard to gain the domain knowledge and understand the architecture of the system. Once I gained that expertise, I started contributing to the teams work in a big way that helped me earn the trust and respect of my colleagues . And I hope the experience i gained from this experience i could put it to use in IMT Ghaziabad.
