There are several practices that I follow to overcome challenges and keep myself motivated in the long run.

First and foremost being the positive thinking, according to me everything happens for the reason and by keeping our insecurities aside and by being hopeful, one can focus on achieving his goals.

In order to stop myself from procrastinating, I follow the practice of writing daily goals in my diary and try to achieve it.

Also, I believe in hanging out with people who are motivated and help me in addressing my concerns and develop the mindset that enables me to look for the brighter side.

In addition, discussing my personal problems with parents make me feel light and in return give me the energy to focus on my ambitions.

I believe in looking at the problems as an opportunity to learn and discover.

In case I face failures, I introspect and invest time in knowing the main problem behind the failure. This practice helps me in working my weakness and help me in getting ready for further.

Another thing that keeps me motivated is my daily workout and monthly marathon participation, the habit of physical activity boosts your productivity, removes mental stress and rejuvenate the confidence.

Meditation and praying for at least 10 minutes daily has been really effective for me to reduce anxiety and strengthen my beliefs. It increases focus and helps in finding solutions to challenging problems.

Lastly, I look for someone who can counsel me with respect to the challenges that I am facing and suggest the changes required in the strategy and thought process.

How ABG Has Been Big In My Life

Aditya Birla Group has become an indispensable part that enables and empowers our daily lives. With its business spanning from fashion and retails, telecommunications, carbon and steel, there is not a single day that goes without experiencing its product and services.

My home recently got renovated and needless to say, Ultratech cement was the first on the preference list for its grey cement, white cement and concrete mix. While visiting Mumbai, I got to know that famous infrastructure project of Bandra-Worli sea link has also been implemented using Ultratech cement, branded as an engineer’s choice.

Since our childhood, we have been carrying our home cooked food packed in “freshwrapp” aluminium foil, a product by Hindalco Industries, ABG.

After graduation, when it was time to join the corporate world, my brand preferences included Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, and Van Heusen that happens to be ABG brands. Also when it comes to casual wear, Pantaloons has been the first preference for buying fashionable clothes at reasonable prices. The convenience and customer satisfaction has been the prime principals for the group.

Coming to the telecom domain, I have been a user of Idea for a really long duration, now merged with Vodafone, forming the largest telecom service provider of India.

In addition, I can never forget the ad-campaign “What an Idea Sirjee”. The idea has also been the major sponsor of the program “Kaun Banega Crorepati”, the show that transformed the lives of millions.

Interestingly, I realize that the products of the Aditya Birla Group play a major role in my life. Its product and services have turned into the necessities of not only Indians but also for the people living abroad.

Other major segments include chemicals, fertilizers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO, and IT services.

The company employs over 1,20,000 individuals and has been known to transform lives.
