It was hyped as Asia’s largest college festival. During those days, IIT Bombay becomes the place where the World wants to be for the best four days of their lives. And finally, as a first year MBA student of Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, I got a chance to witness this extravaganza. Reached campus on the morning of 20th December in the middle of a semester break because it was time for Mood Indigo 2013!

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Bengaluru (SIBM-B) hosted its 1st National Level Student Conference “Symposio 2014” on 1st March, 2014. Symposio-2014 provided a platform for the students to showcase their intellectual insights on current management scenarios. The theme for “Symposio 2014” was “Big Data Analytics: Transforming Businesses from Reactive to Proactive”

NITIE was a plethora of colours and cricket as the institute’s calendar kicked off with one of the most awaited events, Season 4 of the NITIE Premier League. A celebration of cricket and sportsmanship, NPL was the perfect ingredient for students of NITIE and B-schools across Mumbai to come together and prove their mettle on the cricket pitch, displaying their camaraderie which spans beyond B-school boundaries. Orange, Green-White, Blue, Red-Black, Grey-Blue, Yellow, the six colours representing the six franchisees Punjab Warriors, Lucknow Nawabs, Mumbai Mavericks, Bangalore Falcons, Delhi Dabanggs and Chennai United, were the flavour of the season as NITIE was painted with these colours for the whole span of the event which started with the NPL Bawaal on the 22nd January and concluded with the NPL Finals on the 16th February.
