40 Days Preparation Plan For CAT
Should I do only Mock CATs now that we have only 40 days? Should I leave some of the topics that I am weak in? My scores in two sections are good, but I am not scoring well in one section! My scores are very erratic; I am losing confidence with each passing day! What do I do? How can I improve at least 50 marks in the next 40 days? How do I prepare for GK for IIFT and other exams while CAT prep is still on? There are too many concerns the students are saddled with. But, the answer to almost all questions is the same.

Hey there!!! Like every stereotypical post here on this site, I am going to tell you a very similar story which will give you a starlight picture of my college and I will praise my college campus, academics, culture, people, and internships and even tell you it is unique. Haven't you heard this before? Isn't it the clichéd article you have always read here? But here I am, going to tell you a story in this format. If any of you have read Basic Mathematics, you must have gone through this one chapter - Numbers. Here, we assume that N is an irrational number and then go through several steps in which there is a numerator and a denominator and in the end we prove that 'N' is in fact, a rational number. Confused? So was I when I joined Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (Hyderabad Campus). I was skeptical and I wasn't sure if I made the right decision. Did I make the right decision? Maybe, maybe not. Only time will tell.

As you enter the last lap of the D-Day, it is quite imperative that you will be having a lot of nerves. Some of you will be feeling the heat, others will inevitably be feeling that this is not your year. But trust me, I have been in your shoes, as have been my classmates, and I have never heard anyone say that they were not having doubts about their performance in the last two months. And in a way you will need that nervous feeling – you will go that extra mile to ensure that you pull through the D-Day.
