NMAT for the year 2016 is a computer-based test that is conducted over 2.5 months (starting today, 7th October and continues till 20th December). Our students from VistaMind have written the test on the first day first slot and below are their observations –

When I was pursuing my Masters in Industrial Psychology, we had a guest lecture on ‘Lessons in Applied Psychology by Sun Tzu and Chanakya’. Somehow the lessons by Sun Tzu have stuck by. And it’s not only in the field of psychology that the principles of Sun Tzu can be incorporated but also in the area of business and service industry. What makes Sun Tzu’s principles so adaptable in all walks of life is the fact that it’s not the war literally that he is talking about but the conflict which we see in every aspect of our life. He addresses the art of conflict resolution, be it a war or the competitive business scenario.

Will This Be RBI's Last Rate Cut For This Fiscal Year - Finance Guru Tamal Bandyopadhyay Speaks
A quarter percentage point cut in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)’s policy rate was not unexpected (although the market was vertically divided, a few, including me, were expecting a rate cut) but it’s not obvious why the central bank has decided to bring down its policy rate to 6.25%, a six-year low. It’s also very likely that this will be the last rate cut for this fiscal year.
