IIM Ranchi crowned Champions of Deloitte Maverick 2015

The Ranchi Dreamers from IIM Ranchi have won the 4th edition of Deloitte Campus Maverick, the premier case study competition for B Schools in India conducted by Deloitte. The team from Ranchi beat 12 other national finalists in the finals held at the Deloitte Hyderabad Campus on the 4th of September 2015. The team comprised of Yagna Teja, Deepak Nair and Abhishek Praveen all of whom are second year PGDM students at IIM Ranchi. The national winners won a cash award of INR 3 Lakhs.

O Sweet Hel(L)....Life At IIM Lucknow

Here I was in the sweltering heat of Lucknow in a grand campus with buzzing first years all anxious to register themselves as students of this glorious institution called IIM Lucknow. We'd all heard innovative tales around why this place was called Hell. I imagined the heat was reason no.1 but I was soon to be proven wrong. There's no one thing that can summarize my first trimester at IIML rather a collage of memories which'll stay with my for the rest of my life. There has been learning abound through curriculum, professors, seniors, projects, surveys, alumni interactions, inter-section competitions, committees and what not. What IIML has really taught me is the importance of time, something that we thought we were so good at but then we were pushed and pushed a bit more and even further till the point where we realised what it actually meant.

Teacher's Day Treasure Hunt Event @ MYRA - 5th September 2015

Mysuru warriors in association with MYRA school of business and ExploCiti conducted a teacher’s day treasure hunt on 5th September. A total of 150 participants from various institutions and corporate companies took part in the event. The treasure hunt started at 11am and had a maximum time limit of 28 minutes. The hunt was marked with tremendous energy and enthusiasm on the part of the participants. The Participants were encouraged to use all the resources available to aid them in the hunt. Most of the participants were seen using the internet to solve the questions, while some called up their friends or families for help.
