I recently spent some time at my alma mater. Part of me was in awe to see the drastic changes, which had transformed the campus. What really blew my mind was the enthusiasm of the new batch of students. All excited and preparing for the upcoming Summer Internship placement saga. There was a vibe of confidence and the profile of some of the students that I had the chance to interact with, was far more diversified.
Firstly, I sincerely apologise for starting off with some scary facts, but the sensitivity and gravity of this issue warrant that such facts should be spoken. This is a small attempt to help the people suffering from stress related depression, which has currently found its home in the minds of Indian students and working adults – something which was never present in the previous generations.
