These are those moments that will remain most cherished, loved and will grow an ardent desire to relive them again” - These thoughts ran through the minds of everyone in IIM Shillong as it came together to bid adieu to the future leaders as its batch of 2015 gets ready to step out of its misty walls and into the professional realm.
Barely a fortnight after graduating, it's both difficult and tempting to look back and try and sum up the two years. While life after Post Graduation may have many crossroads and opportunities, the two years, though not perfect, have added many different sides to each character. Growing, learning, changing, each day was as variable and fickle as the Shillong weather.

IRMA is based in the land of Amul, i.e. Anand. It was set up in 1979 by the efforts of Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC) along with the Government of Gujarat and Government of India. I was greeted warmly at the reception and I was told to go to the auditorium, where I would join the other interns. The building (Two Horizon Center) was a pretty impressive one. Summer Internships are the defining two months for every MBA student. They play a vital role in introducing students to the corporate world. To bag a great internship is a task in itself – and to this effect, all late night preparations, GDs with peers, guidance from seniors, I can confidently say, are worth it! I am certain that most MBA graduates would agree with me.
