The preparation Journey has been very long and challenging but has been extremely rewarding because it was apparent what I wanted. I would also suggest aspirants become very clear in what they want and focus intensely. My motivation to pursue an HR course has been due to the dynamic nature of the role, the possibilities an HR role and the impact it has on people. COVID has fast-tracked the progress to the future, and the HR function as a business partner has never been more critical. HR and OD roles are among the fastest-growing job profiles. All these factors strengthened my desire to pursue an HR course. So, I think it is essential to know why you are applying to a particular course beforehand.

The MoU was signed between Dr. Vinita S Sahay, Director, IIM Bodh Gaya and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, in the presence of Shri Mangal Pandey, Honorable Health Minister, Bihar; Shri Pratyeya Amrit, Additional Chief Secretary, Health department, Government of Bihar; dignitaries from State Health Society, Bihar and Media representatives. This MoU is a step towards training the healthcare professionals under the Government of Bihar in leadership, motivation and behavioural aspects of healthcare management. Honorable Minister, Shri Mangal Pandey emphasized that this MoU is a step towards building a long term association between IIM Bodh Gaya and the State Health Society of Bihar to create a world class healthcare infrastructure in the state. The Institute and the State Health Society share a common goal to improve the health status of rural poor by increasing the awareness level of the people and professionals and are happy in building the capacity of the health workers.
