If you're joining a B-School this year, your first real career test begins much sooner than you think. Summer placements—typically conducted within the first 3-4 months of joining—are not just internships. The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya hosted its 7th Annual Convocation, marking the graduation of 471 students across three academic programs.
