His professional exposure includes equity research and consulting internships where he worked on financial models, sectoral analysis, and digital strategies impacting portfolios worth 25 Cr+. Passionate about combining finance with innovation, he brings a blend of academic rigor, leadership, and social commitment.

One achievement he is proud of is mentoring over 800 MBA aspirants and helping 250+ of them secure calls from India's top B-Schools, including IIMs and JBIMS. Recognized as one of the Top 15 Mentors in India by Unstop, he was awarded the Best Mentor Award by the CEO Ankit Aggarwal . This experience not only shaped his leadership and communication skills but also gave him immense satisfaction in contributing to others academic and career success while building a strong mentorship ecosystem.

As a Mentor at Flive Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Unstop ecosystem), he guided 892+ MBA aspirants on entrance preparation and case competition strategies. He enabled 250+ mentees to secure final-round calls from premier institutes including JBIMS, IIMs, XLRI, and ISB. His role involved one-on-one mentoring, content development, and optimizing Unstops mentorship platform, resulting in improved learner engagement and recognition as a Top Mentor in India.

What sets him apart is the combination of academic excellence, national-level recognition, and a strong mentorship-driven mindset. While most MBA students focus on personal growth, he has also invested in uplifting others mentoring 800+ aspirants and being ranked among the Top 15 mentors nationally. His journey from a small town to JBIMS, securing 99+ percentiles in multiple national-level exams, reflects perseverance and adaptability. Beyond academics, he brings proven skills in finance, strategy, and communication, demonstrated through research projects, case competitions, and internships. This mix of intellectual curiosity, leadership, and social commitment defines him as someone who not only thrives individually but also builds impact collectively.

He brings a unique mix of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership. Through internships, he has built financial models, benchmarked valuation multiples, and authored equity research reports that influenced portfolios worth 25 Cr+. His experience in consulting and marketing projects sharpened his ability to analyze industries, design strategies, and deliver measurable results. Additionally, his mentorship journey honed communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills enabling him to work effectively in teams and lead initiatives. National-level achievements in case competitions and certifications in strategy consulting, project management, and investments further demonstrate his readiness. Employers will find in him a well-rounded, analytical, and impact-oriented professional capable of driving outcomes.

He is actively working on enhancing his data-driven decision-making skills by deepening expertise in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling. While he has already applied these in internships to optimize forecasts and identify undervalued stocks, he believes mastering this skill will enable him to deliver sharper insights in finance and consulting roles. As businesses increasingly rely on data to guide strategic choices, honing this trait will help him stand out as someone who combines analytical rigor with practical problem-solving.

After graduation, Dnyaneshwar sustained a brachial plexus injury in his right hand, a condition that occurs in only 12 people per million. The setback tested his patience and strength, but reinforced his determination to continue. He converted JBIMS with an All India Rank of 15 the previous year but could not join because of financial constraints. He worked harder, improved his preparation, and secured an even better All India Rank of 12 to join JBIMS. Alongside this, he mentored more than 800 aspirants, authored research, and won case competitions.
