The highest CTC was Rs 67.60 LPA, a 60% increase from the previous year, while the median CTC was Rs 20.00 LPA, an 18% increase from last year. The top 10% of students had an average of Rs 34.64 LPA, while the top 25% had Rs 28.25 LPA, and the top 50% had Rs 24.77 LPA as the average CTC.The average CTC offered to the class of 2021-23 stood at INR 21.04 LPA, which is a 19% increase from the previous year.
IIM Raipur Final Placements 2023 - Sector-Wise Placements
The Banking Financial Service and Insurance (BFSI) sector recruited the most students (32%), with an average CTC of Rs 21.02 LPA and a maximum CTC of Rs 32.50 LPA. The IT/ITES sector was the second-highest (23%) recruiting sector, with an average CTC of Rs 21.29 LPA and a maximum CTC of Rs 43.43 LPA,followed by Strategy & Consulting (14%) with an average CTC of INR 19.64 LPA and a maximum CTC of INR 32.21 LPA.

Sales and Marketing was the most popular domain for placements, with 29% of students placed, followed by Analytics and Consulting (28%), Operations and IT (20%), Financial Management (12%), and General Management (11%). The highest CTC offered was in the FMCG/FMCD sector, with INR 67.60 LPA, followed by Manufacturing at INR 62.00 LPA.
