IIM Ranchi - From Dream To Destination

IIM Ranchi believes in the culture of the subordinate ship before becoming a successful leader. The gruelling academic rigour and intense competition make it an ideal place for ambitious and passionate youth to ride on success waves. As the motto of IIM Ranchi goes –”Working to bring change towards success, not only for one’s self, but also for the community”, hence it’s the team culture, the spirit of crows who believes in moving on. The management Fest of IIM Ranchi- AGON, events like TEDx, Cultural and Sports fest- 'RUSH' demarcates  the boundaries very clearly on why it is considered the best among the new IIMs. Being part of an upcoming IIM has made our students work harder than usual so as to bring the standards of  the institute and the students at par with the best business schools across the world despite having infrastructure and other constraints.
