- Future-ready Curriculum: It is designed to meet the future needs of industry in the digital age. Running parallel to the core courses, is the unique Winning at the Workplace track aimed at enhancing students’ emotional quotient, and soft skills for a holistic development. The students will also have to take mandatory courses on design thinking, and data analytics.
- Personal Development Programme: Each student at BITSoM will get individualized attention from the Dean and senior faculty. They will co-create their own Personal Development Plan to help them chart their course through the MBA program, identify learning goals on both the functional and soft skills, and grow as both individuals and professionals.
- International exposure: BITSoM has a collaboration with London Business School (LBS) and students will have an opportunity to spend two weeks in an immersion programme at the London Campus. Students will learn from the LBS faculty and explore themes on cultural intelligence and the global context. Running across the program will be the Entrepreneurial Project Lab where students will work in small teams with entrepreneurs, pick up insights from their experience, and in return, offer fresh thinking and perspectives. The immersion programme at LBS is optional.
- Industry Readiness: The students will be mentored by senior industry leaders which will make them industry ready. They will also receive first-hand industry exposure through live projects and internships.

Eligibility:
- A recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian institution or international university (you may also be a final year student, or have work experience)
- A valid score from any one of the following tests – CAT, GMAT, or GRE
Admission Process:
- Applications: The application process begins with the online application form on https://bit.ly/3qFff5s. Besides details on education and work experience, the application includes questions which need essay / long form answers which can bring out applicants’ clarity of thought and communication.
- Interviews: The applicants are shortlisted based on their profile i.e., academic record, entrance test scores, work experience, co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements, and the essay/long form answers. Shortlisted applicants are called for an online interview.
- Decision Letter: The final decision is made based on the applicant’s profile and their performance in the interview. The final decision is communicated to the applicant via email.
