His summer internship at Mondelez International placed him directly within Sales and Marketing, building on a strong foundation from his work with industry giants like ITC Ltd., Britannia Industries, and Blinkit. In these roles, he contributed to optimizing supply chain operations and implementing strategic initiatives across functions.
What Meet considers his most significant achievement is his success at the P&G PEAKathon 2024. Competing against over 570 applicants, he secured a coveted Pre-Placement Interview (PPI). For him, this was a critical test of his problem-solving and strategic thinking under intense pressure. It solidified his passion for the FMCG world and reinforced his belief in a results-driven, adaptive mindset.
The Inner Core: Leadership Through Empathy
Meet’s strengths go beyond his analytical skills. He leads with a potent combination of adaptability and empathy. He recalls organizing an XLRI Alumni event where a key speaker canceled at the last minute. He adapted quickly, found a high quality replacement, and ensured the event remained impactful. His empathy shines in how he manages teams, which he demonstrated in an inter-college case competition where he understood each member's strengths, fostered collaboration, and helped the team win.
His selfless leadership was fully demonstrated during his time at E-Cell VJTI. He was organizing a large inter-college event with the BSE Institute, managing a team of 15. Just days before the event, a key team member had a personal emergency. Meet chose not to burden the rest of the team. Instead, he personally stepped in, working an additional 25 hours over three days to manage logistics, coordinate with the BSE Institute, and oversee marketing. He kept the team motivated, and the event exceeded its target, attracting over 600 participants.
