The glimpse of the monumental masterpiece is an eternal bliss in itself. Generations have been nurtured and provided wings to fly high. Wings that are crafted in the red rigour and branded for life. The red bricks are a different story altogether, with a past of grandeur and a future of hope. Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow is thriving in its 32nd phase of morphosis with every passing day. The institute takes pride in being the most rigorous management programme in the country and so do its red bricks. Moulded in perfection, they are the perennial witness of unending zeal and limitless load embedded in the entire 20 months of curriculum.

The last fifty-five days in this campus have brought a realization of truth, an encounter with one’s unravelled potential and lessons much beyond management lectures. The hallowed corridors of Bodhigrih have been a consistent reminder of one’s ultimate aim in the moments of solitude. Gyanodaya has been the sanctorum of this habitat, assimilating thoughts and annealing ideas for tomorrow’s leaders. No matter how cold the silence of examination halls is, one can always find the landscape of serene lawns and the convocation stage situated right out there proclaiming the proud legacy and calling for excellence.

Each red brick represents the rigour and rightly so, calls for determination and perseverance. Tough time are lying ahead. As the new batch is proceeding towards the storming phase of its stay, pushing against the boundaries of prejudiced notions, the members are coherently transforming itself into the finest granules of granite that are going to be the building blocks for tomorrow’s India.
