SIBM Bangalore Interview Experience 2026: GE Topic, PI Questions & Preparation Tips

The SIBM Bangalore MBA interview process consisted of two stages: a Group Exercise (GE) and a Personal Interview (PI).

The overall process was conversational and focused on structured thinking, self-awareness, and business understanding rather than technical difficulty.

Round 1: Group Exercise (GE) Topic & Format

GE Topic

Candidates were shown an animated video on incentive pay and employee motivation, followed by a group discussion on its implications and effectiveness.

GE Format:

  • 6 candidates in the group
  • Video-based case stimulus
  • Around 8 minutes of discussion

The focus was not on dominating the discussion, but on contributing meaningful and structured insights.

Round 2: SIBM Bangalore Personal Interview (PI) Questions

The personal interview was conducted by two panelists and included a mix of profile-based, aptitude, situational, and business awareness questions.
