Who wouldn’t remember the first salary?
I remember not only the first salary but also the first business suit I could buy from my first salary. It was from Van Heusen (Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL)). The office staple from Peter England Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL). The first job in a developing and ever-growing Mysore, her hunger fuelled by UltraTech Cement and ABG construction materials. Aditya Birla Group has been there with growing India since independence in some form or other. Today it can easily be recalled by most Indians as one of the fastest growing conglomerates.
Aditya Birla started with a B2B venture as Bihar Caustic and Chemicals limited to cater to Hindalco industries’ caustic soda as raw material during the 1984s. Since then and today it’s in almost every sector ranging from Banking and Finance, Fashion and textiles, Cement and Metals etc. Needs of an Indian family from Kanyakumari till Kashmir and Gujarat till seven sisters are in some way fulfilled by at least one of the brands in Aditya Birla Group.
It is a matter of great pride for us that Aditya Birla group could grow to these heights and were mutual beneficiaries in its growth. Because the Aditya Birla group is responsible for actively backing the social and economic development in India. The group helps construct a better and sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of society and raise the country's human development index via its community programmes.
Aditya Birla Group is not only big in my life, but it is as big as India is.
