With a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from VIT Pune, Vaibhavi was among the top one percent in national-level entrance exams and was felicitated by the Government of India with the INSPIRE Scholarship for academic excellence. She began her professional journey at Nalco Water (Ecolab), where she spent four years as a Technical Engineer II, leading process optimization and digital transformation projects across 3,000+ global sites. As a Reverse Osmosis Subject Matter Expert, she managed cross-functional teams across time zones, trained 80+ colleagues, and learned to balance technical rigor with collaborative leadership.
Her transition into management found a natural next step during her internship at Adobe, where she worked in Product Management.
