That is exactly what IMT Ghaziabad is looking to achieve through its Exceptional Profile Cohort. We met Arunima Gaur (PGDM Finance) and Angad Singh (PGDM Marketing) of the 2024 graduating batch, who through their exceptional profiles made it to IMT Ghaziabad.
Arunima has been a National Level Shooter and won laurels for her school. From traveling abroad alone to managing a competition along with her board exams, she attributes a lot of learnings of life, and imbibed leadership skills to her pursuit of sports.
Similarly, Angad, who has tried his hands in a lot of sports like skating and Taekwondo, derives business insights and management skills from the sports he has played. He has also been active with various membership clubs and has taken responsibilities beyond his call of duty.
It is this diligence towards additional pursuits that makes students like Arunima and Angad well-rounded personalities suitable to take up challenging roles in their careers.
IMT Ghaziabad’s drive is to identify such exceptional profiles in their MBA cohorts and substantially increase the quality of learning inside the classrooms.
