XAT 2025: XLRI Changes Exam Paper Pattern

The new XAT 2025 Exam notification states the changes in the paper pattern. This year XLRI will conduct the XAT 2025 exam on January 5, 2024, in a 180-minute format. The major change in the exam is the removal of the Essay Question from Part 2. We have summarized all the major changes below.

Analytical Essay Writing (AEW): Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) will be administered during the Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD / PI) processes. The Essay writing part is eliminated from the exam.
General Knowledge (GK) Score: The score from the General Knowledge (GK) section will be exclusively utilized by XLRI Jamshedpur for its final selection process and not for percentile calculation.

Adjustment of Examination Timings: The XAT 2025 examination will be divided into two parts. Part One of the exam is allocated 170 minutes.
