Aditya Birla - A Home_Goa Institute of Management

To build a home is one of the dreams of a common man. Since my childhood I lived with my family in a rented apartment. My father the only earning person of my family always gave priority to our education (me & my elder sister). He always dreamed about building his own house, but constant price hikes could not dare him to compromise on our education & living expenses. That was the time when me & my sister took some of the decisions like not subscribing TV cable connection, doing self study rather than going for tuition, playing outdoor games instead of buying video games,etc. By doing so we inculcated money saving habit into ourselves and helped father in his savings to build our house. We bought a plot, started building foundation where Aditya Birla's Ultratech Cement was our first choice. I was then in 9th STD, when I asked father of using other cheap cement as it would save our cost. I still remember my father replying, "HOMES ARE BUILT ONLY ONCE & FOREVER. A good quality cement will give longer life to our house. That was my fist impression about Ultratech Cement which had a touch of reliability & trust factor.
