Challenges play a very important role in everyone’s life. Without adversities life becomes somewhat meaningless because we have nothing substantial to look forward to. But once you overcome them, there is nothing that will stand in your way.
I, too, have a similar story. I have always been inclined towards academics a little more than extracurricular activities. So when I got a respectable score in my senior secondary examination, I, like most of the other students, opted science as a career. However, I had no idea about what lay ahead on me. Initially, it was a smooth sailing but as soon as I entered 12th grade, things started to turn around. The list of pending work and tasks was surmounting and I could not see any way through it. I couldn't discuss this with my parents either as they were expecting so much from me and I was afraid to tell them that their son is missing out on his tests and getting sub standard score as a result of stress.
Eventually this bubble burst and as expected I could not manage to get into a respectable college. But that was the day I decided that instead of dwelling on my failures, I will strive to achieve success in whichever domain I sink my feet into. So with that in my mind I worked day and night in my Graduation to not only maintain my grades but focus on other academic projects as well as taking part in relevant competitions. Slowly and slowly, my confidence level improved and shaped me into the person I am now. Today, I am sitting in one of the best Business schools in India and am planning to do another MBA from Wharton School of business in the near future.

Adorning it makes you feel like a man on a mission where you have overcome all your fears, you are oozing with confidence and ready to set paths ablaze.
